What A+, A and B mean in practical buying terms
The condition description below is the reference framework used for quotation. Exact acceptance criteria should be reconfirmed on the PI or order agreement because grade terminology differs across markets.
A
Good used cosmetic condition.
- Screen: light visible usage marks may be present
- Frame/back: minor scratches or edge wear acceptable
- No major structural damage
- All agreed functions must pass
B
Clearly used cosmetic condition.
- Screen: visible scratches or wear may be present
- Frame/back: more obvious scratches, scuffs or small marks
- No condition outside the agreed B-grade boundary
- All agreed functions must pass
